my coursemate penny showed me this really cool artist Cindy Suen! her gifs are amazing. she focuses a lot on looping gifs which i think makes her relevance to this project even more important.
this gif is really cute as i love cats (obviously who doesn't - if you're sat there thinking "i don't!" then you are wrong) and i like the fact that she has added multiple of the same gif but all happening at different times so it makes it really interesting to look at. just adding details like this can really change a gif. if this gif was just one toast on it's own it wouldn't be as interesting.
i really like this gif also because it's so strange. what is really going on here? are they brains? are they pink clouds? you never know and i think that's what makes it more interesting. sometimes characters that are more ambiguous are more fun to look at and try and decipher what it is.
this cute little gif was for the halloween season, obviously. i think this gif is really cute. although it doesn't loop as fluidly as the others i still think that it really works and is effective, making one of her well loved characters into a pumpkin, simple yet really cute!
